What is an American Hero Company?

We define an American Hero Company as a public company that highly reflects the American values of Integrity, Humility, Diligence and Caring.

Qualifying as an American Hero Company

To earn the "American Hero" designation a company must score at least 380 out of a possible 500 on our proprietary "values-first" scoring system. Company analysis includes over 280 questions grouped under the four (4) critical values of Integrity, Humility, Diligence and Caring. Within these four values are fourteen (14) categories including key aspects such as servant leadership, fiscal responsibility, support of family, employee relations, community relations, and others.Continuing research adds new companies while each existing American Hero Company receives an annual evaluation to insure it continues to meet the rigorous requirements. Number of American Hero Companies

Like digging for gold, uncovering American Hero Companies is an extensive and laborious process, but finding them is definitely worth the work. Out of thousands of public companies we have considered, as of September 30, 2011, only 125 have earned the American Hero designation.
